The combination of lime, mint and seltzer has hit me hard and stayed with me. It was inevitable that I would make a soda water infused with these lovely flavors. Remember, it won’t taste like an actual mojito (wouldn’t that be great?) it’s a light “infused” flavor, and it’s sure to whisk you away from a stressful day and trick your taste buds into loving water.
Makes 4 liters of soda water
- 1 cup fresh mint leaves
- 2 limes, thinly sliced into rings
- 1 orange, thinly sliced into rings
- 4 liters of club soda
Divide the mint leaves between each of the liters of club soda, squeezing them as you drop them in to help release the oils. Divide the lime and orange rings between the 4 liters. Close tightly and place in the fridge for 1-3 hours before serving.
